The SafeLIGHT Foundation, through its Community Outreach program, supported the Village of Robbins during their Annual Festival & Parade 2021, held September 3-5, 2021. Festivities during the three-day event included a gospel music concert highlighting various local choirs and performers, basketball tournament, dance competition, stepper's set, talent showcase, fun activities for children, and many more activities.
The SafeLIGHT Foundation provided bottled water for the parade participants to stay hydrated during the parade procession. Elected officials, local government trustees, aldermen, school districts, local Fire & Police, Park District, Library, small businesses, car clubs, dance groups and Hispanic Heritage Dance Troupe all participated in the parade kick-off and procession.
Additional sponsors included: Thornton Township Supervisor Frank Zuccarelli, Moraine Valley Community College, Tri-State Disposal, Service King, Calumet City Plumbing, Go-Lo Gas, Poole Towing Services, District 218 High School.
